Privacy Policy
The short version
FTE Advantage (fteadvantage.com) is a free tool that estimates what your Revenue Cycle staffing could be costing you, and what you could save with a different staffing model. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use it and why.
In short: we use the numbers you enter to calculate your results and, if you choose to share your contact information, to send you your report and follow up. We don't sell your information. We don't want and never ask for patient data. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
1.This tool is not for patient data
FTE Advantage is a business planning tool for hospital, health system, and medical practice leaders. It is not a patient portal, and it does not provide medical advice.
Please don't enter any patient information: no patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, insurance details, or anything else that identifies a patient. The analyzer only needs aggregate workforce numbers: things like headcount, average salary, and benefits percentage.
We are not a HIPAA Business Associate for this tool, and this tool does not process Protected Health Information (PHI) under any circumstance. If you're interested in a service that does involve PHI, that would be handled separately, under its own signed agreement.
2.What we collect
When you use the analyzer:
- Workforce and cost figures you enter: employee counts, average salary, benefits assumptions, and similar operational numbers used to calculate your report.
If you choose to request or save your results:
- Your name, job title, organization name, business email, and phone number (only if you provide them; none of this is required just to run the calculator).
Automatically, like most websites:
- Basic technical information such as your browser type, approximate location, and which pages you visited. This helps us know the site is working correctly and helps us understand what content is useful.
That's the full list. We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to run the calculator, deliver your report, and respond if you reach out.
3.How we use it
- To calculate your estimated costs and savings and generate your report.
- To send you your report and respond to anything you ask us.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use the site so we can improve it.
- To send you further information only if you opt in. You'll always have a clear, separate checkbox for this, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
We do not use your information to make any decision about your employment, credit, insurance, or legal rights. The analyzer produces an estimate for planning purposes, nothing more.
4.Who sees it
Your information is seen by our internal team and the everyday service providers that make the website and report delivery work. Today that is GoHighLevel, which hosts these pages, stores the contact details you choose to submit, and sends your report. We don't hand your information to unrelated third parties, and we do not sell your personal information.
No advertising or analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics, or a LinkedIn or Meta pixel) are running on this site today. If we add one, it may receive limited technical/browsing information to help us measure ad performance, never your analyzer inputs or report contents. If that applies to you under your state's law, you can opt out at any time (see Section 6).
5.How long we keep it
We keep analyzer submissions and report requests for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If you become a client, ordinary business records may be kept longer as required by law. Beyond that, we don't have a reason to hold onto your information, and we don't.
6.Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of the message, anytime.
- Ask us to delete your data by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Delete My Information.” We'll confirm your identity and take care of it.
- Ask what we have on file the same way, just email us and ask.
- Opt out of ad tracking, if applicable in your state, using the same email or a cookie preference link on the site (if enabled).
We'll respond to any of these within a reasonable time and won't treat you any differently for asking.
7.Cookies
The site may use basic cookies to remember your preferences and understand site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser at any time. Turning them off won't stop the analyzer from working; it might just mean we can't tell how the site is being used overall.
8.Security
We use standard safeguards to protect your information: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, and routine security practices. No website can guarantee perfect security, but we take reasonable, ongoing steps to keep your data safe.
9.Not for children
This site is meant for business professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
10.Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the “Last Updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on the site.
